Copy any prompt below into your AI assistant once it is connected to your portal. If you have not connected yet, start with Model Context Protocol (MCP). Replace the suburbs, prices and names with your own. Packages have an ID starting with BP- (for example BP-1234), but the assistant can look them up for you, so an address or a description usually works too. Administrators and staff can also manage stock, the construction library and the team. Those prompts are on Staff prompts.

Tips for better results

  • Be specific. Suburbs, price ranges and bedroom counts give tighter results than “something affordable”.
  • Use IDs when you have them. BP-1234 is unambiguous; two packages can share a street name.
  • Keep confirmations on. Leave tools that place holds or change lists on ask every time in your assistant’s connector settings.
