Asset Cascade
Assets added to a Project automatically flow down to all Lots and Packages within that project. This saves time and ensures consistency.Types of Assets
Photos
- Hero Images: Main marketing photos for the development
- Streetscapes: Photos showing the project location
- Amenities: Nearby facilities, parks, schools
- Site Plans: Development layout and lot positions
Documents (PDFs)
- Brochures: Project marketing collateral
- Site Plans: Detailed lot layouts
- Covenants: Building guidelines and restrictions
- Contracts: Standard contract documents
Adding Project Assets
- Navigate to Projects and open the project
- Go to the Assets or Media tab
- Drag and drop files or click to upload
- Organise assets into categories
How Cascading Works
Override Behaviour
- Package-level assets can supplement inherited assets
- You can hide inherited assets on individual packages if needed
- Direct uploads take priority in display order
Best Practices
- Upload once at project level: Saves time across all packages
- Use descriptive filenames: Helps agents find assets
- Optimise images: Compress for faster loading
- Keep PDFs under 5MB: For quick downloads
Tips
- Add site plans and covenants to the project for all packages to inherit
- Update project assets to instantly update all child packages
- Use lot-level assets for lot-specific features (corner block views, etc.)
