When to Use Custom Packages

One-off builds with custom specifications
Packages with unique pricing structures
Display homes or spec homes
Packages where the design isn’t in your library

Creating a Custom Package

Navigate to Packages and click + Package
Select Custom Package option
Enter the package details:
- Lot selection
- Custom design name
- Room count and floor area
- Build price
- Inclusions

Upload a floor plan image for better presentation
