These prompts need an administrator or staff login, on an agency that holds its own stock. Everyone’s prompts (searching stock, lists, holds, deals and fees) are on the prompt library. Replace the names, addresses and IDs with your own. Kenekt IDs start with a short prefix: BP- for a package, LT- for a lot, PJ- for a project, DV- for a development, BD- for a design and FA- for a facade. The assistant can look IDs up for you, so a name usually works too.

Photos and documents

Photos and documents are attached by public link to a file (or a small file of up to 2 MB). Facades take photos only, inclusion packages take documents only.

Remove everything
Removing all photos or documents cannot be undone, so the assistant always asks you to confirm first.

Developments and lot imports

Create a development
Import a lot list
Check the import before it goes in
Confirm the import
How an import works:
  1. Your assistant reads the sheet. Attach the lot list to the chat. Your assistant reads it and sends Kenekt one row per lot: stage, lot number, price and so on. The file itself never goes to Kenekt. Kenekt checks every row and tells your assistant straight away about any it cannot accept, such as a missing lot number or a price that is not a number.
  2. You check it. Your assistant shows the import: the stages, the lots in each, and any rows with problems, so you can catch a misread column before anything is created.
  3. You confirm it. Your assistant shows what will happen and asks you to confirm. Each stage’s lots go into a project named after that stage, created if it does not exist yet.
Confirming an import archives any available lot in those stages that is not in the sheet, on the basis that it is no longer for sale. Check the lot count before you confirm.
For a sheet that is easy to read every time, start from the Template download on the development’s lot imports page. To change the column mapping or put a stage into a different project, finish the import on that page instead.

Agent engagement

The same numbers as the Agent Engagement page in the Kenekt app, answered in conversation. The window defaults to the last 7 days; say 30 or 90 days to match the page’s other presets, or any number up to a year.

One project
A name is enough. If two people match, the assistant lists them and asks which one you mean.
Every sign-in is recorded from now on, so the timeline shows logins as well as package views. Activity from before this was switched on shows views and searches only.

Export the library

Export to Google Sheets
This needs your assistant’s Google Drive connector as well as Kenekt.

Tips for staff

  • Check before bulk changes. For anything that touches many records, ask the assistant to list what it will change before it does it.
  • Deletes are checked twice. A permanent delete shows a preview first and only goes ahead after a second confirmation.
  • Never auto-approve deletes. Leave tools that change or delete data on ask every time in your assistant’s connector settings.
  • Just promoted to staff? Disconnect and reconnect the connector to pick up these tools.
