Control which agents can see packages, send marketing emails, and push listings to external platforms.

Accessing the Distribution Panel

  1. Open a package
  2. Navigate to the Document tab
  3. Or click Open Distribution on the package card

Agent Allocations

Open Allocation (Distribute to All)

Click Distribute to All to make a package visible to every agent in your network. This is the quickest way to share new stock widely.

Individual Agent Allocations

Add specific agents one by one:
  1. Search for agents by name or email
  2. Click to add them to the allocation list
  3. Only allocated agents can see and sell the package

BDM Group Allocations

Allocate to entire groups instead of individual agents:
  1. Open the Distribution panel
  2. Switch to the Groups tab
  3. Select BDM groups to allocate
  4. All members of selected groups receive access

Send Via Email (EDM Campaigns)

Send marketing emails to alert agents about new or featured packages.

Step 1: Create the Email

  1. Click Send Via Email on a package
  2. Enter the Email Subject: e.g., ”🏡 New Release: 4-Bed ACACIA in Bankstown!”
  3. Write the Email Body: marketing blurb to get agents excited
Tip: Use ChatGPT to generate a punchy marketing blurb with emojis, then paste it in.

Step 2: Preview

Review how the email will appear to recipients. The email automatically includes:
  • User-specific link to download the latest stocklist
  • Direct link to view the package in the portal
  • Your branding and contact details

Step 3: Select Recipients

Choose who receives the email: Click Send to deliver the campaign.

External Listings

Push packages to external platforms configured in your agency settings.

Pushing to External Platforms

  1. Open the Distribution panel for a package
  2. Find the External Listings section
  3. Toggle on the platforms you want to publish to
  4. The package syncs to those platforms

Setting Up External Listings

External listing integrations are configured at the agency level:
  1. Go to Agency Settings → Integrations
  2. Connect each platform (realestate.com.au, HubSpot, etc.)
  3. Once connected, they appear in the Distribution panel

Allocation Status

Each allocated agent shows:
  • Name and contact info
  • realestate.com.au: If they have REA listing rights
  • Open Distribution: Full access indicator

Bulk Allocation

From the Packages list:
  1. Select multiple packages using checkboxes
  2. Use the bulk actions menu
  3. Choose Allocate to add agents to all selected packages

Clearing Allocations

Click Clear All to remove all allocations and hide the package from agents.

Best Practices

  • New Stock: Distribute to all initially, then restrict if needed
  • Exclusive Stock: Allocate only to specific partners
  • Regional Focus: Use BDM groups for regional distribution
  • External Listings: Only push to portals when the package is ready for market
  • Email Campaigns: Send EDMs for new releases and price changes to drive agent engagement
