Properties opens with the full filter sidebar: state, region, suburb, budget, property type, bedrooms and the rest. Tick what you want and the list narrows as you go, exactly as it always has. When a buyer is looking at more than one market, you can hold several searches side by side instead of running them one after another. Use the sidebar filters. You can pick more than one location, and you can mix levels: a whole state, a region inside another state, and a single suburb somewhere else. Packages matching any of them appear in the list. Once a search is active, the sidebar swaps the long filter list for a summary of what you are searching, so the panel stays short while you work. Click Add another search under Your searches. Your current search becomes a card, and an editor opens for the next one. This is what lets you hold, say, townhouses in Victoria alongside dual occupancy homes on the Gold Coast. Each card carries its own locations, property types and refinements, and the results list shows everything matching any card, with each package listed once. You can hold up to five searches at a time.
Budget and status are shared across every card, because a buyer’s budget applies to the whole hunt. Bedrooms, storeys, supplier and title status belong to individual cards, so a bedroom count on your residential card never empties a commercial one.
Click a card to reopen the editor with that search loaded. The editor gives every filter room to breathe, with the number of matches beside each option so you can see what is worth ticking. Apply your changes and you are back on the list. The ✕ on a card removes that search and its results. Clear empties the search you are editing without touching the others. Quick Search takes a plain sentence instead of clicking through filters. Type something like 3 bed under 650k in Tarneit or Gold Coast and the portal fills the filters for you. If you describe more than one thing at once, for example townhouses in VIC and duals on the Gold Coast, you get one search card per idea rather than a single search that has to satisfy both at once. If you already have searches, a Quick Search adds to them instead of replacing them. You can also type a lot, project, suburb or region to jump straight to it. See Quick Search for the full picture. Quick Search suggests examples drawn from stock you can actually see, so the suggestions always return results. AI searches are limited to 25 per day; the normal filters are unlimited.

Recent searches

The sidebar keeps a Recent searches list. Open it and click any entry to return to that search, including multi card ones.
