Save what you are searching for and be told when new packages match it.
  1. Go to Properties and build your search. If the brief covers several markets, add the extra searches with Add another search first.
  2. Click Save this search under Your searches in the sidebar.
  3. Choose whether you want email alerts, and how often.
Everything under Your searches is saved as one entry, not one per card. That includes picked properties. A brief like townhouses in Victoria, dual occupancy on the Gold Coast, anything commercial, all under $800k stays a single saved search, and opening it later restores every part of it. Saved searches live under My Lists, alongside the lists you build by hand. Each one shows what it is searching, search by search.

What is saved

Your locations, property types, bedrooms, categories and contract types, storeys, supplier and title status, plus the budget that applies across the whole brief. The status filter is not part of a saved search. It is a viewing preference, so hiding sold stock today does not narrow what you are alerted about later.

Alerts

When you turn alerts on, new packages matching your saved search are added to it automatically and you are emailed about them.
  • Choose hourly or daily at 9am when you save. Emails batch several packages together rather than arriving one at a time.
  • On a brief with several searches, a package only has to match one of them to reach you.
  • Change the cadence, or turn alerts off, from the saved search in My Lists.
Remove a package from a saved search and it stays removed. It will not reappear the next time matching stock arrives.

Tips

  • Save one search per buyer brief rather than per market, so a single entry covers everything they are considering.
  • Turn alerts off when a buyer goes quiet rather than deleting the search.
  • Review your saved searches occasionally and delete the ones you have stopped using.
