Signing in

Portals that use email sign-in have no password. Enter your email on the sign-in page and you receive an email with two ways in:
  • The button: click Open followed by your portal’s name. It works for 30 minutes.
  • The 6-digit code: type it into the box on the sign-in page, which appears as soon as you ask for the email. It works for 10 minutes.
Sign-in page waiting for the 6-digit code Use the code when your email app opens links in a different browser, or a different browser profile, from the one you use for the portal. Signing in with the code keeps you signed in on the page you asked from, so you are not sent back to the sign-in page next time. Each email signs you in once. Using the button or the code uses up both.
Five wrong codes cancel that email, so request a new one. Ten wrong codes in 15 minutes pause code sign-in on your account: wait 15 minutes, then request a new email.
Kenekt staff sign in to every portal the same way, even on portals where agents use a password. The portal header provides access to:
  • Properties: Browse available stock
  • My Lists: Package collections you build by hand, and your saved searches
  • My Deals: Track your deals, their progress and your referral fees
  • Articles: News and updates from suppliers, when your portal publishes them
  • Documents: Files your account manager shares with agents, when there are any
  • General Enquiry: Ask the team to source packages for a buyer. See Enquiries
  • Tutorial: A video tour of the portal, on the Kenekt Marketplace
Your initials, at the right of the header, open your profile menu.

Properties View

The main stock listing shows packages with:
  • Lot/Location/Project: Address and project details
  • Status: Available, Under Offer, Sold
  • Package Price: Total price
  • Property Type: House, Townhouse, etc.
  • Design: Floor plan name
  • Build m²: Floor area
  • Build Price: Construction cost
  • Land Price: Land component
  • Actions: View and Enquire, pinned to the right edge so they stay in view while you scroll across the columns
Click View, or anywhere else in a row, to open the property in a side drawer without leaving the list. Click Enquire to go straight to the enquiry form for that package.

The property drawer

The drawer shows the photos, price, property facts and documents for one package. Its main actions sit in a bar at the bottom that stays in view while you scroll:
  • Download Brochure: shown when your portal generates brochures
  • Place Hold: shown when holds are turned on and the package is available, with the number of holds you have left
  • Enquire on (suburb and price): opens the enquiry form for this package
Document packs and Start EOI stay in the body of the drawer. Property drawer open beside the list

Investment snapshot

The drawer and the full property page show an Investment snapshot: the gross yield, the estimated weekly rent, and the land registration date when one is set. Referral Details sits underneath. Click it to see the referral fee and when each part is paid. Investment snapshot and referral details

Account access on the Kenekt Marketplace

On the Kenekt Marketplace, what you see depends on where your account is up to. Supplier agency portals do not use these levels. Properties list while access is limited While details are hidden:
  • On a desktop screen, a padlock stands where a hidden detail would be. Hover over it to see what unlocks it. On a paused account, clicking it opens How to unlock.
  • Enquire works as normal on every package. Your enquiry carries the property reference, so the team knows which package you mean.
  • Quick Search finds packages by suburb, state, postcode, region or property ID, not by lot, street or project.
  • Sorting by project is not offered. The list sorts by region instead.
  • Sharing a package and downloading a brochure are not available.

Searching for Stock

The sidebar is where you build your search. For a walkthrough of holding several searches at once, see Searching for Packages.

Filters

While you have one search, the sidebar filters edit it directly. Click a filter’s name to open it; each option shows how many properties it matches. Sidebar filters with State open
  • State, Region and Suburb: long lists have a filter box so you can type a place name
  • Price: Set a price range
  • Property Type, Category and Contract Type
  • Bedrooms, Storeys and Title Status
  • Supplier: shown when your account can see supplier names

Your Searches

Once a search is set, it appears as a card under Your search, with a live count of matching properties. With more than one, the heading becomes Your searches and the list shows every property that matches any of them. Two searches with a shared budget
  • Click Add another search to search for something else at the same time. From your second search on, click a search’s card to edit it in the full search editor.
  • Click × on a card to remove that search, or Clear to start again.
  • Budget applies to all of your searches.
  • Save Search saves all of your searches together. See Saved Searches & Alerts.
  • Recent searches, further down the sidebar, lists what you searched lately, with its budget and when you ran it. Click one to run it again.

Settings

Settings holds the choices that apply to all of your searches:
  • Status: the statuses in the list, such as Available, Prerelease, Under Offer or On Hold, each with its count. Settings opens by itself while a status filter is set, so you always see it.
  • Search nearby suburbs: widens a suburb search to the suburbs around it
  • Show exclusive properties: on supplier agency portals, shows only the stock allocated to you, not the stock open to every agent
Settings in the sidebar Quick Search Click Quick Search at the top of the sidebar to open it.
  • Describe it in plain English, for example “3 bed under 650k in Tarneit or Gold Coast”, then press Enter. Quick Search turns it into a search. If you already have searches, the new one joins them instead of replacing them. A prompt that asks for several things, such as “townhouses in VIC and duals in QLD”, adds a search for each.
  • Use an example prompt: click one to fill the box, then change it before you send it.
  • Jump straight to a result: start typing a lot, project, suburb or region to see matches as you type. A project or place opens straight away. A lot joins your picked properties.
  • Reuse a recent search or smart list: pick one from the list below the box to add it to your current searches. Each one shows its searches line by line, the prompt if it was an AI search, and its budget and when you ran it.
Click Back to Properties at the top to return to the list without changing anything. The search editor and the picked properties editor have the same button.
AI searches are limited to 25 per day. Jumping to a result as you type does not count.

Picked Properties

Picked properties When you pick a lot in Quick Search, you stay on the Properties list and that package joins a Picked properties card under Your searches. Pick more lots and they join the same card.
  • Picked properties always show, whatever your Budget and Status settings.
  • Click the card to see every picked property and remove any one of them. A property you can no longer see shows as No longer available.
  • Click × on the card to clear all of your picks. The message that appears has an Undo link.
  • Save Search keeps your picks with the rest of your searches.
