How to Clone a Lot
- Navigate to Lots and find the lot you want to clone
- Click the three-dot menu on the lot row
- Select Clone
- Choose the destination project
- Update the lot number and address
- Click Save
What Gets Cloned
- Land dimensions (width, depth, area)
- Land price
- Images and media
- All attached packages
- BDM assignment
What Doesn’t Get Cloned
- Lot number (must be unique)
- Status (defaults to Available)
- Deals and enquiries
- Title date (must be set manually)
Use Cases
- New stages: Clone lots from previous stage with same specs
- Similar lots: Duplicate a configured lot and adjust details
- Templates: Create a “template lot” to clone for new releases

- Clone lots with packages attached to save time
- Update the lot number immediately after cloning
- Verify pricing on cloned packages
