Required Documents

Disclosure Plan A technical document outlining the land’s dimensions and configuration. This generally comes from the developer but can also come from the builder. Engineering Diagram for the Build Provided by the builder and attached to the floorplan. In the system backend, this must be integrated with the floorplan library or added to any custom package documents. The Inclusions Pack This document is mandatory as it will detail what inclusions will go into building the house. EOI PDF Preferably presented without builder branding.

Optional Documents

These supplementary materials are recommended when available:
  • Rental appraisal and guarantee documents – helpful for investment considerations
  • Masterplan from the developer – shows the property’s location within the estate and neighborhood layout, though sometimes developers do not add this document to the property pack
  • Estate brochure from the developer – should be added to the project in the backend system
The inclusion of these supporting materials enhances the buyer’s understanding of the property and its context, even though they represent nice-to-have additions rather than strict requirements.
