Introduction to Adding Lots and Packages

Most of this guide should be redundant to you, as the system is designed to be intuitive, but while you find your feet and get used to it, this can be a reference guide for you if you get stuck. Where you find things are not user friendly, or difficult, please give us feedback as we are continually improving our system for our customers.

Kenekt will do this set up work for you, getting your data into the App. You will need to complete some actions and supply the relevant data.

Definitions

When you go to add property to Kenekt after this you will be creating

Projects
Lots
Packages

These are a hierarchy, and anything at the top level will automatically apply to anything grouped within it.

In Kenekt, ‘Projects’ are for groups of lots, usually developments or estates.

Lots are each individual piece of land that you wish to sell.

Packages will be the combination of House and Land, sometimes only Land, or whatever unit you are trying to sell. You can make multiple packages per lot, if you wish to offer variations. Each of the packages provide the opportunity to specify inclusions, options, facades etc.
