How does the referral system work for an agency?

Referral partners are people you want to give limited access to, not builder information through the portal. You want the referral to come to you. 

This can be done by setting up a referral partner in the system. Go to teams > agents > and add referral partners. Please verify that someone added is a referral partner in the person’s access settings. 

The referral partner can log in to your portal. There is no mention of Kenekt on the portal; it is wholly white-labelled. The URL is white-labelled, and any emails from the Kenekt system can also be white-labelled. Please enquire with us to set up an email domain and portal domain.

Referrers do not receive property packs or see builder names and details other than the base information, such as the facade and floor plan. 

The sending/communicating email from the system is the email that is set up in agency settings.
