Agent commission visibility

By default, the commissions are not available for view to the agent if they log in to the portal when they log in. 

To change the visibility of your agent’s comission, go to Teams 

From Manage Team, pick the agent who you’d like to turn off the commissions for. 

Click on Edit > Commissions >

Toggle off > Show commission amounts to this user?
