How to publish packages to portals, automatically or manually

It is possible to establish 2 separate portals on our premium plan.

This allows the choice of both public and private marketing websites:

1) Public: Open to the public online

2) Private: A password-protected area, available only to those that you have invited to the platform. In addition to only being accessible upon login, it will show only allocated agent stock. Agents will see the stock you have allocated to them, but will not be permitted to access any others.

You can have a package listed on one or both portals by clicking on the Portals button, to adjust where your package is listed.


Go to Package > Portals





The default setting is that all new packages will be pushed to both portals by default when they are created. But you can choose to adjust those settings. The default publishing of packages can be turned off in the Library. Go to Library > Portals > Edit (https://app.kenekt.com.au/library/sites)

Then adjust this toggle:

Alternatively you can choose to adjust the publishing to portal on an individual, package-by-package basis, using the portal button on each package:

Click on that button to get the option to toggle any portals on or off. You will probably only have one portal here, but some may have two.
