Generating Property Flyers and Property Packs

How to use Kenekt to generate property flyers and property packs (including selecting and changing the order of included Documents)

Generating Property Flyers:

First you enter the data on the package. Enter data on the Project, the Lot and the Package. Once this is all correct, you are ready to generate the pdf files for sharing. The package should also be allocated to all the relevant agents and published on your portal.

To generate a property Flyer, go to: Package > Choose 'Allocations and Docs' tab  > Click on Flyer 'Create'  >  Wait for the Flyer to be created > Click on Download.

This will generate a PDF download for a flyer. 

Navigate to a package

Navigate to the 'Distribution & Docs' tab

Click on 'Create'

Click on the 3 dots > Download file

Generating Property Packs:

To generate a property Flyer, go to: Package > Choose Allocations and Docs tab  > Click on Property Pack Create  >  

Navigate to the same location as above, then click on 'Create'

This will show a pop up screen, where you can toggle documents to be included or not included. You can also drag the rows up or down, to alter the order in which they will be added to the Property Pack that you want to generate. After re-ordering the documents, you can click Merge to create a single document. 

You can also go to the Media tab of that package and re-order the documents there or add more documents.
