What are the steps to getting an account activated in Kenekt?

Steps to activation of accounts for Kenekt Agents:



  • The backend team at Kenekt reviews the request and activates the account. 
  • The agent has been informed that the account has been activated via email and can now be logged in. 

What do we consider when deciding whether to activate an account? 


  1. We are critical in accepting agents/channel partners with overseas phone numbers. It is hard to judge if these are genuine channel partners.   2. If it is a company email address and phone number in Australia, we quickly look at the details on the web and activate you. This is the most straightforward route to activation.
  3. If it is a Gmail/Yahoo/Hotmail, e.g. private address, but has a valid Australian phone number, we look up the name and number on the web to determine whether you are a valid agent/channel partner and activate you. We monitor usage thereafter on the platform. 
  4. If you are already connected to one of our builders and your email address is in the system, we activate you automatically. 
  5. Lastly, if we are in doubt we send an email out to you to give us a bit more details before we activate the account.
