Introduction to your Property Portal
Welcome to your Agency Property Portal, powered by Kenekt.
You can reset your password securely anytime using the 'Forgot Password' link on the Login screen.
If you click Forgot Password, enter your email address on the following screen, and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
View Properties
Click on whether you want to view house and land or apartment listings.
Navigation Bar & Settings
The Navigation Bar is the white strip along the top of the screen, with a few choices on the right-hand side.
There is a drop-down menu that appears from the circle in the corner.
Use 'My Profile' to add your logo and more. Your logo and contact details will then appear on flyers you create and download in this portal.
Search Bar
Use this to search by suburbs and postcode.
Search per State - Use these buttons if you want to filter out the properties in a particular state.
When you do geographic searches, the filters will only show what is available in that area.
Filters
Click on 'Filters' to sort and easily see what’s available.
It brings up a Filter Menu where you can select multiple criteria at once:
These are the types of filters that you can use to narrow down your search results.
- BEDROOMS
- PRICE
- PROPERTY TYPES
- CONTRACT TYPE
Grid and List View - These buttons give you the option to either view the properties in List view (spreadsheet style) or Grid view (cards as shown below)
Viewing columns that are off-screen (including Commissions and Builders)
The spreadsheet is wide, so some columns will go off the right edge of your screen. To view the ends of the rows, click on the screen and (while holding the mouse button down) drag your mouse from side to side to move the columns sideways.
If the commission for the package is 'Not Listed', please reach out to us to confirm the commission for that package.
Viewing Packages
Clicking anywhere on a row (in the spreadsheet view or a package card in the Grid view) should take you to the in-depth Landing Page for that package.
Sharing Packages
If you want to email a package to a customer, press the 'Share a link' button to generate a unique link. It will be copied to your clipboard and ready to paste into an email.
When they click on that unique link, the customer will see your logo on the page and they will not be able to navigate back to the spreadsheet. They will only be able to access the specific property that you have sent them.
Flyers
Click the 'Print a brochure' button above to generate a flyer for the package. You can then download this for email or print.
Enquiry
The Enquire button on a Package Landing Page will reach the BDM sales team. So, that is the best place to start your paper trail and conversation with that builder. Sending an enquiry with details of your buyer proves that this buyer and this sale are coming through you.
