# Staff prompts

> Example Kenekt MCP prompts for administrators and staff: projects, lots, packages, the construction library, photos and documents, developments, team groups and agent engagement.

These prompts need an administrator or staff login, on an agency that holds its
own stock. Everyone's prompts (searching stock, lists, holds, deals and fees) are
on the [prompt library](/help-guide/08-integrations/08-mcp/01-prompt-library).

Replace the names, addresses and IDs with your own. Kenekt IDs start with a short
prefix: `BP-` for a package, `LT-` for a lot, `PJ-` for a project, `DV-` for a
development, `BD-` for a design and `FA-` for a facade. The assistant can look
IDs up for you, so a name usually works too.

## Projects and lots

```text Create a project theme={null}
Create a project called "Stage 4" at 10 Example Road, Austral NSW 2179.
```

```text Update lot status theme={null}
Mark lots 12, 13 and 14 in Stage 4 as sold.
```

```text Move a lot theme={null}
Move LT-5678 from Stage 3 to Stage 4.
```

```text Archive and restore theme={null}
Archive every lot in Stage 2 that is already sold. Show me the list before you do it.
```

## Packages

```text Find packages across the whole agency theme={null}
Find every package in Stage 4 that is still open for distribution.
```

```text Allocate to agents theme={null}
Allocate BP-1234 exclusively to the "Gold agents" group.
```

```text Open to everyone theme={null}
Open distribution on all available packages in Stage 4.
```

```text Brochures theme={null}
Create a fresh brochure for BP-1234, then merge it with the package documents into one PDF.
```

## The construction library

```text Add a design theme={null}
Create a single storey design called "Harbour 28" with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,
a double garage and a floor area of 245.
```

```text Pricing theme={null}
Add a price list called "2027 pricing" to BD-1234 at $312,000 and make it the active price.
```

```text Link facades theme={null}
Link the facades "Coastal" and "Modern" to the Harbour 28 design.
```

```text Inclusions theme={null}
Create an inclusion package called "Premium kitchen" with these items:
stone benchtops $6,500, 900mm oven $2,200, soft-close drawers $1,100.
Then add it to the Harbour 28 design.
```

```text Commission theme={null}
Set the commission rate on the Harbour 28 design to "Standard 3%".
```

## Photos and documents

Photos and documents are attached by public link to a file (or a small file of up
to 2 MB). Facades take photos only, inclusion packages take documents only.

```text Attach a file theme={null}
Attach the floor plan at https://example.com/harbour-28.pdf to BD-1234 as a document.
```

```text See what is attached theme={null}
What photos and documents are on BP-1234?
```

```text Remove everything theme={null}
Remove all photos from FA-6033 so I can upload new renders.
```

Removing all photos or documents cannot be undone, so the assistant always asks
you to confirm first.

## Developments and lot imports

```text Create a development theme={null}
Create a development called "Example Rise" in Austral NSW.
```

```text Import a lot list theme={null}
Here is the stage 4 lot list (attached). Import it into the Example Rise development.
```

```text Check the import before it goes in theme={null}
Is the Example Rise import ready yet? Show me the stages, how many lots are in each,
and any rows with errors.
```

```text Confirm the import theme={null}
The Example Rise import looks right. Go ahead and confirm it.
```

How an import works:

1. **Your assistant reads the sheet.** Attach the lot list to the chat. Your assistant
   reads it and sends Kenekt one row per lot: stage, lot number, price and so on. The
   file itself never goes to Kenekt. Kenekt checks every row and tells your assistant
   straight away about any it cannot accept, such as a missing lot number or a price
   that is not a number.
2. **You check it.** Your assistant shows the import: the stages, the lots in each, and
   any rows with problems, so you can catch a misread column before anything is
   created.
3. **You confirm it.** Your assistant shows what will happen and asks you to confirm.
   Each stage's lots go into a project named after that stage, created if it does not
   exist yet.

<Warning>
  Confirming an import archives any available lot in those stages that is not in the
  sheet, on the basis that it is no longer for sale. Check the lot count before you
  confirm.
</Warning>

For a sheet that is easy to read every time, start from the **Template** download on
the development's lot imports page. To change the column mapping or put a stage into a
different project, finish the import on that page instead.

## Team groups

```text Manage a group theme={null}
Create a group called "Gold agents" and add jane@example.com and sam@example.com to it.
```

## Agent engagement

The same numbers as the **Agent Engagement** page in the Kenekt app, answered in
conversation. The window defaults to the last 7 days; say 30 or 90 days to match
the page's other presets, or any number up to a year.

```text Who is active theme={null}
Who have been our most active agents this month?
```

```text Who has gone quiet theme={null}
Which agents have an account but have done nothing in the last 30 days?
```

```text Unused invitations theme={null}
Which invitations are still unused? Include when each link was sent.
```

```text One agent theme={null}
What has Jane Citizen been looking at and searching for this week?
```

```text Every sign-in theme={null}
Show me every time Jane signed in over the last 30 days and what she looked at each time.
```

```text What agents are asking for theme={null}
What are agents searching for in Logan? Include the questions they typed.
```

```text Package interest theme={null}
Which packages got the most views this week, and how many led to a brochure or an enquiry?
```

```text One project theme={null}
How are the Flagstone Stage 4 lots performing?
```

A name is enough. If two people match, the assistant lists them and asks which
one you mean.

<Tip>
  Every sign-in is recorded from now on, so the timeline shows logins as well as
  package views. Activity from before this was switched on shows views and
  searches only.
</Tip>

## Export the library

```text Export to Google Sheets theme={null}
Using the Kenekt connector, export our whole library (designs, prices, facades
and inclusions) into Google Sheets, one sheet per section. Include every row,
and tell me how many rows each sheet has so I can check nothing was missed.
```

This needs your assistant's Google Drive connector as well as Kenekt.

## Tips for staff

* **Check before bulk changes.** For anything that touches many records, ask the
  assistant to list what it will change before it does it.
* **Deletes are checked twice.** A permanent delete shows a preview first and
  only goes ahead after a second confirmation.
* **Never auto-approve deletes.** Leave tools that change or delete data on
  **ask every time** in your assistant's connector settings.
* **Just promoted to staff?** Disconnect and reconnect the connector to pick up
  these tools.
