# Public Stocklists

> Publish a curated, shareable list of your stock at a public link, priced through an agent of your choice.

A public stocklist is a curated, publicly browsable list of your properties at a short link like `yourportal.com/s/gold`. Anyone can open it, with no login, to browse, filter, view a property, send an enquiry, and download a brochure. Every price on the list is shown through a **pricing agent** you choose, so you can run several lists at different commission levels behind separate links.

## Overview

* **Shareable link**: each list has its own short URL (`/s/your-slug`) you can send to buyers, post on social, or link from anywhere.
* **No login for buyers**: visitors browse, filter, enquire, and download brochures without an account.
* **Priced your way**: you pick the agent whose commission, contact details, and logo the list is presented with, so pricing stays consistent.
* **Curated**: only the properties you explicitly add to a list appear on it.
* **Multiple tiers**: run more than one list (e.g. a "gold" and a "silver") with different pricing agents for different audiences.

## How pricing works

Every price on a public stocklist is shown through its **pricing agent**: the team member you nominate when you create the list. The agent's commission rate is applied to every property, and their contact details and logo appear on enquiries and brochures. This lets you publish the *same* property on two different lists at two different price points simply by choosing a different pricing agent for each.

  Create a dedicated team member for each price point (for example, "Gold Pricing" and "Silver Pricing") and set each one's commission rate. Then point each public stocklist at the matching profile.

## Create a public stocklist

1. In the Kenekt app, open your portal settings (**Portal Details**).
2. Find the **Public Stocklists** card and open it.
3. Click **New public stocklist** and fill in the fields below.

| **Label** | An internal name for the list (e.g. "Gold list"). Buyers never see it. |
| **Slug** | The public link, `/s/<slug>`. Keep it short and memorable (e.g. `gold`). |
| **Pricing agent** | The team member whose commission, contact details, and logo the list is presented with. |
| **Make default** | Optional. Sends visitors who land on your portal's home page straight to this list. Only one list can be the default. |

## Add properties to a list

A property only appears on a public stocklist once you add it: lists start empty.

1. Open a property (package) in the Kenekt app.
2. In the **External Listings** section, find the card for your public stocklist.
3. Toggle it **On** to add the property to that list (toggle **Off** to remove it).

You can add a property to more than one list at the same time, which is useful when you want it published at two different price points.

## Share the link

Your list is live at `yourportal.com/s/<slug>` as soon as it has properties on it. Share that link anywhere.

* **Default list**: mark one list as your default so visitors to your portal's home page are taken straight to it.
* **Renaming a slug**: you can change a slug at any time, but any links you've already shared with the old slug will stop working. Pick a slug you're happy to keep.

  The pricing agent must stay an active team member. If you remove them from your team, the list stops working until you assign a different agent to it.

## What buyers can do

Everything on a public stocklist works without an account:

| **Browse & filter** | Search and filter by state, region, price, property type, and bedrooms, and switch between card and table views. |
| **View a property** | Click **View**, or anywhere in a row, to open a full property detail page, priced through the list's agent, with your branding. It includes an investment snapshot: gross yield, estimated rent and the registration date. |
| **Enquire** | Send an enquiry from any property, or straight from the **Enquire** button in its row. The lead lands in your deal flow, attributed to the list's pricing agent. |
| **Download a brochure** | Download a ready-made brochure for a property, priced to match the list. |

## Run multiple price tiers

Because each list is priced through its own agent, publishing the same stock at different price points is just a matter of creating more than one list:

1. Create a pricing agent for each tier and set their commission rate.
2. Create one public stocklist per tier, each pointing at the matching agent.
3. Add the same properties to each list.
4. Share the tier-specific link with the right audience.

Each link shows the same properties at that tier's pricing.
