# Pipedrive

> Receive portal enquiries as Pipedrive leads.

Connect your own Pipedrive account and every enquiry an agent sends on one of your packages arrives as a lead, linked to the enquiring agent as a person.

## Connecting Pipedrive

1. Go to **Agency Settings** → **Connectors** → **Pipedrive**
2. Paste your Pipedrive **API key** ([where to find it](https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/how-can-i-find-my-personal-api-key))
3. Enter the **lead owner email**: the Pipedrive user who receives leads
4. Click **Save Pipedrive Settings**

Kenekt checks the key against Pipedrive before storing it. The key is stored encrypted and is never shown again; to replace it, paste a new one.

## Lead owners

| Setting | Receives |
| - | - |
| **Lead owner email** | Every lead, unless one of the owners below applies |
| **Sourcing request owner** (optional) | Enquiries that name no package |
| **Lite plan owner** (optional, Kenekt hub only) | Enquiries from agents on the Lite plan |

Each email must belong to a user in your Pipedrive account. A blank optional owner falls back to the lead owner.

## What a lead carries

* The enquiring agent as a **person** (name, email and phone), matched by email if they already exist
* The package address as the lead **title**
* The agent's enquiry text as a **note**

## Disconnecting

Click **Disconnect** on the Pipedrive page. New enquiries stop going to Pipedrive; nothing already in Pipedrive changes.

<Tip>
Pipedrive is available to agencies that hold stock. Marketing agencies do not see it.
