# My Deals

> Follow every deal from enquiry to handover: each sale's own steps, what it is waiting on, and your referral fee.

My Deals lists every deal you are working on, from the first enquiry to handover. For each sale you can see how far it has come, what it is waiting on, and, on the Kenekt marketplace, your referral fee.

## Filters

The tabs across the top narrow the list:

* **All**: every active deal
* **Enquiries & holds**: enquiries you have sent and packages you are holding
* **EOIs**: expressions of interest, with a second row to filter by EOI status
* **Under Offer**, **Sold**, **Construction**: deals at that point in the sale
* **Completed**: deals that have finished

When a deal needs something from you or your buyer, a yellow **Needs your action** button appears with a count. Select it to show only those deals. Their rows are tinted yellow and carry a **Needs your action** tag.

## What each row shows

* **Property**: the address and project.
* **Progress**: a bar with one segment per step of that sale, grouped as Under Offer, Sold and Construction. Finished steps are dark, the step in progress is yellow. Above the bar you see the last step reached and how many of the sale's steps are done.
* **Status**: what is happening now, in one line.
* **Your referral fee**: how much has been paid out of the total, and the next payment due (Kenekt marketplace only).
* **Updated**: when the deal last changed.

On a phone the same information is shown as a card for each deal.

### Each sale has its own steps

Builds differ. If your builder does not have a roof stage, for example, that sale's progress has no roof step. The number of steps on the bar is the number that sale actually has.

A sale moves through these groups of steps:

  A[Under Offer<br/>EOI, deposit, contracts, finance] --> B[Sold<br/>Unconditional, land settled, pre-site]
  B --> C[Construction<br/>Site start, base, frame, roof, lock up, fix, practical completion, settlement]
```
### Reading the Status line
The Status line only states what has been recorded on the deal:
| You see | It means |
| - | - |
| **Waiting on your buyer** | The builder or Kenekt needs something from your buyer. Kenekt will be in touch with the details. |
| **Waiting on you** | Something is needed from you. |
| **Waiting on land titles**, **Waiting on the building permit**, and similar | The sale is paused on that item. Nothing is needed from you. |
| **On track** | The build is progressing normally. |
| **Frame Complete, 12 Sep** | The last step reached and when. The line below names the next step. |
| **Hold expires 3 Oct, 5:00 pm** | A package you are holding, and when the hold ends. |
## The deal page
Select a deal to open its page. For a deal that has reached Under Offer or later you see:
* the Status, and how long it has been that way
* **Progress**: every step of the sale with the date each was reached. A group you have finished, such as Under Offer, folds into one line; select it to see its steps.
* **Your referral fee**: each payment stage, its amount, whether it has been paid, and its invoice or RCTI
* the buyer, EOI actions and recent activity
<Tip>
  On a phone the page shows everything in one column, with the steps listed top to bottom.
</Tip>
### Enquiry badges
An enquiry's type badge names the stage you chose when you submitted it: **Buyer reviewing**, **Buyer comparing**, **Ready for EOI**, **Existing EOI**, or **Research**. Older enquiries read **Presentation** or **Research**.
### Enquiry details
Select an enquiry to open it. The page shows your note, the buyer answers (stage, support required, presentation date, finance status, decision timeframe, likelihood, positioning, buyer type, budget, configuration), and for a General Enquiry the sourcing criteria: states, localities, land and build size, land facing, contract type, and registration.
## Referral fees
On the Kenekt marketplace, the top of the page totals your referral fees across your deals: the total, how much you have received, and what is still outstanding. **Export CSV** downloads the payment detail.
## Sorting
Sort deals by date to see the most recent first, or change the sort order as needed.
