# Portal Documents

Upload documents that agents can access through the portal: brochures, price lists, contracts and more.

## Overview

Portal Documents are agency-level files shared with all agents. Use this for general resources that aren't specific to individual packages.

## Uploading Documents

1. Click **+ Upload Document**
2. Select a PDF or other document file
3. Enter a title and description
4. The document becomes available to agents immediately

## Document Types

Common documents to upload:

* **Price Lists**: Current pricing guides
* **Brochures**: Marketing collateral
* **Contracts**: Standard contract templates
* **Guides**: Agent training materials
* **Policies**: Terms and conditions

## Agent Access

Agents access these documents from the Portal Documents section in the agent portal. Documents are visible to all agents with portal access.

## Package-Specific Documents

For documents tied to specific packages (like property packs), upload them directly on the package instead of here.
