# Adding Custom Packages

Create unique packages that don't use standard designs from your library.

## When to Use Custom Packages

* One-off builds with custom specifications
* Packages with unique pricing structures
* Display homes or spec homes
* Packages where the design isn't in your library

## Creating a Custom Package

1. Navigate to **Packages** and click **+ Package**
2. Select **Custom Package** option
3. Enter the package details:
   * Lot selection
   * Custom design name
   * Room count and floor area
   * Build price
   * Inclusions

## Custom vs Standard Packages

## Tips

* Upload a floor plan image for better presentation
* Add a facade render or photo
* Set accurate room counts for filtering
* Include detailed inclusions for transparency
