Allocating Property Packages to Marketing Partners

This can be done on an individual basis, on each package, or this can be done in bulk. Doing it in bulk is likely to be far more efficient for you.

How to do bulk allocations:

1. In your Kenekt workspace, choose “Packages” from the top menu bar.

2. Click on the green “Allocations” button at the top right.

3. In this view, you can see all of the packages and the Agencies / Agents available to allocate stock to. 

4. Use the toggles to assign, or unassign, packages to the Agencies / Agents available. At the top of each column, you can choose to toggle all packages on or off for that agent, or you can toggle each package individually.

How to allocate packages individually on the package

This takes longer to navigate to, so you would probably only do this if you were already working within the package. However, an advantage of this view is that you can also check the total price of the package for that particular agent, with their commission calculated and shown.

Within a package, navigate to the green 'Distribution & Docs' tab. Here you can toggle the ON/OFF toggle on each agent, under the Partners heading, to allocate the package. When you toggle an agent to ON, the toggle goes green and the agent's tile moves to the right hand column, under the Partners heading.

In this position, you also get a View button. Clicking on that will reveal the total package price for that agent on the right hand.
