Projects: Adding media to all packages

When adding photos, files, videos to a project, those media items will be available on all packages within that project. This allows you to reduce a lot of repetitive file management. Add once, re-use many times!

This article covers how you can

  • Add new images / media to a specific project
  • Modify the media in a project

Navigate to the Project. You can do this by any of these methods:

  • Use the Magnifier Icon, the search tool, shown at the left of the menu bar at the top of the screen.
  • Click on Projects on the top menu bar.
    • Scrolling down the Projects page, or if there are too many, use the filter.
    • Click on the 'Select Project' filter and searching by keyword or scrolling to the project
  • Click on the Project anywhere on the row, or selecting Edit from the Actions menu

Choose the Media tab.

Initially, the media for a project will be empty.

In the below example, there are already some materials uploaded:

(You may click on delete if you want to remove the existing ones.)

Tips:

Do use good quality, high res photos but they shouldn't need to be over 5MB. The system will not accept very large files. The images will all be visible on the Project as well automatically be applied to any Lots and Packages within that Project.

Documents are only shown when you include them in a Document Pack

Under documents, you may upload PDF files related to the project, but they will not be shown publicly unless you choose to include them in your property packs.
