What documents do I generally need to showcase a property to a buyer?

Tells you more about the size and shape of the land. This is an engg document. This generally comes from the developer but can also come from the builder.

Engineering diagram for the Build

This will come from the builder and will be attached to the Floorplan. In the backend system, this needs to be attached to the floorplan in the library. Or if a Custom Package has been created, this needs to be added to the documents within the package.

The Inclusions Pack

This will detail what inclusions will go into building the house. This document is mandatory.

Preferably without any branding.

Optional documents

These documents are nice-to-haves but should be presented if the builder has them.

• Rental appraisal and guarantee documents.

• Masterplan from the developer

This document could be missing in many property packs. The need for this document is for buyers to make out where the land lot is in the Estate and how the neighbourhood is configured. Sometimes, developers do not add this document to the property pack. But if we have this document with the project, it always helps.

• Estate brochure from the developer

This needs to be added to the Project in the backend.
