What do the roles in Kenekt actually mean?

Updating a user role in Kenekt

Referral Partners

  • Can only access your portal
  • Can only see the base data from builders, including floorplan and facade
  • Cannot see the builder’s name
  • Cannot enquire with the builder
  • Cannot have access to the builder’s property pack

Example Persona: the channel partners you work with, the mortgage brokers, etc., will likely be assigned a Referral Partner role.

Agent

  • Can do everything a Referral Partner can do
  • Can see the builder’s property pack in the portal
  • Can enquire directly with the builder through the portal
  • Basically, have access to all the data that you have access to on the portal
  • Does not have access to the backend software (app.kenekt.com.au ) by default. Cannot change anything in the backend software.
  • Does not get sent emails to access the backend software

Example Persona: An in-house agent you are working with or someone employed with you.

Staff

  • Everything that an agent can do, plus has full access to the backend system (app.kenekt.com.au
  • Can manage the library of floorplans, facades, inclusions, etc.
  • Can add Projects, Lots and Packages
  • Can add new users 
  • Cannot add document templates

Example Persona: your office admin staff

Admin

  • Complete access to the backend and your portal. 

Example Persona: yourself, the owner of the business
