Updating a user role in Kenekt

Admin - The agency owner / super user

  • Complete access to the backend and your portal.
  • Can create and remove staff & agents
  • Can export the full agency user list

Staff - Your office team

  • Everything that an agent can do.
  • Has full access to the stock management platform app.kenekt.com.au
  • Can manage the library of floorplans, facades, inclusions, etc.
  • Can add Projects, Lots and Packages
  • Cannot remove other staff

  • Can add new agents 

Agent - Your external marketers

  • Used in Builder Agencies Only
  • Can do everything a Referral Partner can do
  • Can see the builder’s property pack in the portal
  • Can enquire directly with the builder through the portal
  • Basically, have access to all the data that you have access to on the portal
  • Does not have access to the stock management platform app.kenekt.com.au.

Referral Partners - The channel partners you work with

  • Kenekt Marketing Agencies Only
  • Can only access your portal
  • Can only see the base data from builders, including floorplan and facade
  • Cannot see the builder’s name
  • Cannot enquire with the builder
  • Cannot have access to the builder’s property pack
  • Cannot see commissions
  • Enquiries always go to the Agency Owner and not to the Kenekt Team.
